Well, here's an overdue slice of paradise living:
This post is photos from our 8 day vacation to Koh Samui.
This is Jordan's I'm-really-quite-giddy face, having just arrived from the airport to view our INCREDIBLE 3 story traditional Thai styled teak house with private walk-way, gazebo, and secluded beach before us. The picture above is taken from this gazebo. Quite the view. It's still early in the morning so it's high tide. Later on the beach was very nice to walk on and we spent a good amount of time swimming too, and playing our new favorite game, "pass the coconut."
Our favorite food on the island: Pad Thai w/ shrimp. Had it at least once a dayKoh Phangan Full Moon Party. Yes. We jumped the famous Fire Rope.
That's Jordan showing off.
In Angthong National Marine Park, boating over to a hiking spot to a high view point.
300 meters:
Almost there. The hike was more difficult than anticipated but WELL worth the view at 500 meters.
We celebrated w/ a coconut once we reached the bottom
This was the next day. A day-tour on a beautiful teak junk boat. The weather cooperated for a while, but the sunshine we had was marvelous.
Sunset view from our favorite restaurant, June Hom, just a stone's throw from our place. The most amazing food and what a view!
